UREC offers cardio, fusion, mind-body and strength training classes to members.

Cardio

If your goal is to boost your cardiovascular endurance and stamina, these classes are calling your name!

AquaFit

45 minutes

A fusion of strength and cardio formats designed to help improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as strengthening your entire body while flowing through the water.

Cycle

45 minutes

A state-of-the-art cycle studio featuring light shows and upbeat music, creating an immersive experience. Easy to follow – tough to finish!

DAZE

45 minutes

Lose your mind dancing and get a great workout while doing it! Follow cardio dance routines while also marching to your own beat and incorporating your style into each move.

Deep Water

45 minutes

An ideal class for those who are comfortable and ready to be challenged in deep bodies of water. A buoyancy belt is worn to free arms and legs to perform larger movements increasing mobility and range of motion.

HIIT

30 minutes

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates short, very high-intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.

Rhythm Ride

45 minutes

A rhythmic twist on your favorite indoor cycle class. Pedaling to the groove of the music, you can bust a move on your bike.

Fusion

These classes are the perfect combination of strength, cardio, and/or mind body to cross train the entire body.

Boot Camp

45-60 minutes

Boot camp is a back-to-the-basics strength and cardio training workout utilizing fitness equipment that is designed to help improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as help strengthen your entire body.

DAZE Sculpt

45 minutes

Join us for a high-energy workout that combines cardio dance routines with light weights and resistance bands, allowing you to unleash your creativity while toning your body. Lose yourself in the rhythm, add your own flair, and enjoy a fun, empowering fitness experience!

PULSE

45 minutes

Challenge your entire body with our new ballet-barre inspired class! Made to make your muscles shake and burn with aspects of strength training, cardio, and Pilates seamlessly mixed into the barre flow. Let’s PULSE it out!

Yoga Sculpt

45 minutes

This class is designed to take your yoga practice to new heights. By integrating light dumbbells, resistance bands, and other props, we enhance the benefits of traditional yoga postures, toning your muscles and boosting your strength.

Mind-Body

Supplement your fitness routine by centering your intention on flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

Classical Mat Pilates

This mat-based class follows the original repertoire of Joseph Pilates’ method.

Hatha Yoga

45 minutes

An ideal beginner class, hatha yoga focuses on slower movements with a greater emphasis on instruction and breath that accommodates all age and fitness levels.

Modern Mat Pilates

45 minutes

This mat-based class is a variation of Joseph Pilates’ traditional work with a contemporary twist.

Power Yoga

45-60 minutes

Challenge and connect your mind and body through powerful poses. This class blends your typical yoga practice, and strength conditioning through holding poses and introduction of yoga drill.

Vinyasa Yoga

45-60 minutes

Challenge and connect your mind and body in this creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Focus on conscious breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques.

Yin Yoga

45-60 minutes

Yin Yoga is a slower paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

Circuit 45

Perfect your form and maximize your time in this 45-minute circuit class, where you work at your own pace.

HardCORE

30 minutes

Streamline your focus on your core in this quick class that uses various fitness equipment.

TBT (Total Body Training)

45 minutes

Condition your entire body! This is a strength training class utilizing dumbbells, body bars, resistance tubes, balls, gliders, and more. If you like HardCORE and Leg Day this class is a combination of those classes that is sure to challenge you.
