Student Recreation Center

The SRC cardio deck offers a wide variety of equipment to support your cardiovascular fitness goals. This spacious area features 30 treadmills, 25 stationary bikes (both upright and recumbent), 15 ellipticals, six stepmills, four rowers, and an air bike. For inclusive fitness, adaptive cardio equipment is also available.

Additional amenities include a pull-up bar, an upright rower, and a dedicated stretching area equipped with light dumbbells—perfect for warm-ups, cooldowns, or low-impact workouts. Whether you're training for endurance, burning calories, or just staying active, the SRC cardio deck has everything you need.

Witt Student Activity Center

The Witt Center cardio area offers a well-rounded selection of equipment to help you stay active and improve your cardiovascular health. This inviting space includes 16 treadmills, 15 ellipticals, six Arc Trainers, seven bikes (both upright and recumbent), five stair steppers, two stepmills, and one adaptive cardio machine for inclusive fitness access.

What makes the Witt cardio area truly special is its scenic view overlooking the beautiful Black Warrior River—providing a refreshing and motivating atmosphere for every workout. Whether you're getting in a quick session or training for long-term goals, this space supports a wide range of fitness routines.
