Student Recreation Center Weight Room

The main weight room at the Student Recreation Center (SRC) offers a comprehensive setup for all your strength training needs. Our facility features two multi-cable stations, a full range of weight stack and plate-loaded machines, seven Hammer Strength powerlifting racks, two glute drives, and a spacious free weight area. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, you'll find the equipment and space you need to reach your fitness goals.

Resistance Training Room

Located at the back of the facility, the Resistance Training Room (RTR) is designed for focused, high-performance strength workouts. This specialized space features premium Hammer Strength equipment, including a plate-loaded belt squat/dip machine and three combo racks. You'll also find two cable stations, a glute drive machine, and dedicated areas for free weights and kettlebell training. The RTR is ideal for those looking to take their resistance training to the next level in a quieter, more targeted environment.

The Witt weight room provides a well-equipped environment for effective strength training. It features three versatile cable stations, a complete selection of weight stack and plate-loaded machines, and a spacious free weight area.
