University Recreation offers a variety of meeting spaces for booking, perfect for any event or activity.

Reservation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in University Recreation facilities and spaces for your event. This is only a request and does not guarantee or confirm your reservation. University Recreation reserves the right to change room assignments or setups to accommodate the greatest number of customers. In addition, depending on your event you may require an assigned University Recreation employee or athletic training coverage by Drayer. All fees are to be paid by the requesting party. Please review the Reservation Policies. For Pool Party requests at the Outdoor Pool Complex, please review the Healthy Swimming Packet.

Students, registered student organizations and university groups and departments must submit request at least 10 days prior to the start of the event and follow our reservation guidelines. External individuals, groups and organizations must submit requests at least 20 business days prior to the start of the event.

The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees has codified UA’s longstanding practice of institutional neutrality. This policy requires that UA remain neutral on political and social issues unless the issue directly affects any aspects of the university’s core operations as determined by the Board of Trustees. It is, therefore, important that UA faculty and staff exercising their First Amendment rights should make clear they do not speak on behalf of the university. Further, UA’s commitment to respecting the free speech rights of members of the campus community and others should not be construed as an endorsement by UA of any particular speech or expressive activity.
